Purchase Agreement

SINGLE GAME SUITE 2026-27

New Orleans Louisiana Saints, LLC (“Saints”) and the individual or entity identified on the order summary (“Suite User”) agree to the following conditions of use for the Superdome suite and for the Saints game listed on the order summary.

1. Suite User agrees to abide by all tickets terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/tickets/ticketback-terms, which terms are subject to change. Further, Suite User is responsible for the behavior of its invitees. Suite User acknowledges that each of its invitees is subject to ejection if they engage in behavior that poses a risk to the health and safety of others.
2. Suite User agrees to limit occupancy to ticketed invitees only. The suite capacity, which is set by the Fire Marshall, is limited to the number of tickets indicated on the order summary.
3. Saints agree to allow access to the suite and provide the number of tickets listed in the order summary to the game only after payment in full is received. If the referenced game is not played in the Superdome as currently scheduled or if access to the suite is not available for the Game for any reason, the parties agree to discuss a resolution which will include either a refund or a future credit of the amounts set forth in Paragraph 4 that have been received by the Saints.
4. With the completed online order form and Suite User’s agreement to these terms, New Orleans Saints acknowledges receipt of payment for tickets and suite access in the amount shown on the order summary.
5. Suite User acknowledges that food and beverage catering for the suite is to be ordered from the stadium concessionaire, and Suite User agrees to be responsible for the cost of same.
6. Suite User assumes responsibility for any damage to the suite and its contents occasioned by it or its invitees while occupying the premises.
7. Suite User assumes all liability for any injury to occupants of, or visitors to, the suite on the day of the use.
8. Suite User shall hold harmless and indemnify the Saints, SMG (a Pennsylvania partnership and subsidiary of Legends Global) (“Legends Global”), Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District (“LSED”), and the State of Louisiana (the “State”) from any such damage or injury. Sub-lessee warrants that it has and will keep in effect throughout the term of this agreement insurance including Commercial General Liability with a GENERAL AGGREGATE of not less than $1,000,000 for individual Suite Users or $2,000,000 for corporate entities acting as the Suite User, which policy will be deemed primary and non-contributory to any valid insurance carried by Legends Global, LSED, or the State, and New Orleans Louisiana Saints, LLC, endorsed to cover its obligations herein and naming Legends Global, LSED, the State, and New Orleans Louisiana Saints, LLC as additional insureds.
9. An electronic signature acknowledging Suite User’s agreement to these terms transmission will be binding.
